Sincerity

When you are speaking from your heart , when you speak from your experience the sincerity reflects when you say it. I have time and again been amazed at how people can judge if the speaker is speaking genuinely from the heart or not. I would never quite understand it in the beginning , however as I got more involved in public speaking I realised the importance of connecting yourself with the audience by sharing with them what you feel. What you are doing about an issue. You simply cant fool the audience. Just look at the great speakers of the world today , Do you find them sincere in what they say? They better be !!!
